Our Solution
Our very experienced assessors and trained consultants will perform an assessment or the consultancy to the organization based on an agreed set of NQA criteria (Malcolm Baldrige or European Excellence or any other). An in-depth report will be presented to top management demonstrating their fulfillment of various criteria, and the areas where they shall pay special attention in the NQA competition. Our experienced assessor may also deliver training as needed.
